How to Install

Important: Back up your Saves folder before copying anything. Cities: Skylines syncs saves through Steam Cloud, so disable it for the game first or Steam may replace the new files with your old cloud copy.

1
Download and extract the .zip file to your desktop.
2
In Steam, right-click Cities: Skylines → Properties → General and turn off Steam Cloud.
3
Press Win + R, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Saves\ and press Enter.
4
Backup any existing .crp files you want to keep.
5
Copy the downloaded .crp files into the Saves folder.
6
Launch the game, click Load Game and pick the 100% city.

The main city was built with base game content only, so it loads without any DLC or Workshop mods. If you own DLC like After Dark or Snowfall, those features simply become available on top of the existing city.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this Cities: Skylines save file safe to use?
Yes. Cities: Skylines is a single-player game with no anti-cheat, and a save file is just city data — there is no risk to your Steam account.
Where is the Cities: Skylines save file located on PC?
Saves are stored in: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Saves\ (usually C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Saves\).
Do I need any DLC or mods to load the city?
No. The city uses only base game assets, so it loads on any copy of Cities: Skylines. Owned DLC is enabled automatically on load.
Will loading this save unlock achievements?
Achievements are disabled if a save was played with mods or unlimited money. The main city was built without either, so achievements stay active while you keep playing it.
Why is my city not showing in the Load menu?
Make sure the .crp files are directly inside the Saves folder (not in a subfolder) and that Steam Cloud is off so it does not restore the old folder contents.
Does this work with Cities: Skylines II?
No. Cities: Skylines II uses a different save format. Check our separate Cities: Skylines II save file page for that game.
About Cities: Skylines

Cities: Skylines is a city-building simulation developed by Colossal Order and published by Paradox Interactive in 2015. It quickly became the definitive modern city builder thanks to its detailed traffic simulation, district policies and huge modding community.

Players zone residential, commercial and industrial areas, lay down road and transit networks, and manage services like water, power, health, education and garbage while unlocking new buildings through population milestones.

Growing a city all the way to Megalopolis with every unique building and monument takes dozens of hours of careful planning. This save gives you that finished metropolis instantly, ready to expand, redesign or simply admire.
