Important: Back up your existing profile folder first. Max Payne 3 stores single-player progress per Rockstar profile, so replacing the files overwrites your current campaign progress.
C:\Users\[Name]\Documents\Rockstar Games\Max Payne 3\Profiles\[ProfileID]\The [ProfileID] folder is a long number tied to your Rockstar account. If you have more than one, use the most recently modified. If no profile folder exists yet, launch the game once and start the first chapter so it gets created.
C:\Users\[Name]\Documents\Rockstar Games\Max Payne 3\Profiles\[ProfileID]\Max Payne 3 is the 2012 third-person shooter from Rockstar Games. Years after the events in New York, a worn-down Max Payne takes a private security job in São Paulo protecting the wealthy Branco family, and is soon caught up in kidnappings, gang wars and police corruption.
Bullet time, Shootdodge and the Last Man Standing mechanic are the heart of its combat, set inside fully destructible environments and seamless cutscenes. Clues tell more of the story, and Golden Gun Parts upgrade each weapon into a gold version.
Getting to 100% means finding every collectible across all 14 chapters and then surviving the tougher difficulties. This save gives you that finished state right away, ready for arcade modes or a stylish replay.
