How to Install

Important: Always backup your current saves before installing. The ZIP contains 3 separate saves — GTA IV, The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony.

Download and extract the .zip file — it contains three folders: GTAIV, TLAD and TBoGT.

Open your GTA IV save folder: Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Profiles\[ProfileID]\

Backup your existing save files by copying them to a safe location.

Copy the .sav files into your Profile folder — each episode has its own save file.

Launch GTA IV via Steam or Rockstar Launcher and go to Load Game.

Select the save and explore the fully completed Liberty City!

Your Profile ID folder is a string of numbers inside the Profiles folder. To access TLAD and TBoGT, select them from the main menu's "Episodes from Liberty City" option.

Yes. A save before the final choice is included so you can experience both endings: Deal (work with Dimitri) and Revenge (kill Dimitri). Both lead to different final missions and outcomes for Niko.

Are all friendships and activities maxed?

Yes. All friendships with Roman, Little Jacob, Brucie, Dwayne and Packie are at maximum level, unlocking all their special abilities. All activities including bowling, darts, pool and shows are completed.
