Download and extract the .zip file to your desktop.

Open your GTA V save folder: Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles\[ProfileID]\

Backup your existing save files by copying the entire Profiles folder to a safe location.

Copy the downloaded .b5 save file into your Profile folder, replacing the existing one.

Launch GTA V and select Story Mode from the main menu.

Go to Game → Load Game and select the save slot.

Your Profile ID folder is a string of numbers inside the Profiles folder. If you have multiple profiles, copy the save into the one you actively use.
