Important: Back up your SaveData folder and disable Steam Cloud before copying — Arkham City syncs saves through Steam and may otherwise restore your old progress.

Download and extract the .zip file to your desktop.

In Steam, right-click Batman: Arkham City GOTY → Properties → General and turn off Steam Cloud.

Press Win + R, type %USERPROFILE%\Documents\WB Games\Batman Arkham City GOTY\SaveData and press Enter.

Back up the existing .sgd files.

Copy the downloaded save files into SaveData\ and confirm replacing.

Launch the game and continue from save slot 1.

About Batman: Arkham City

Batman: Arkham City is the 2011 sequel to Arkham Asylum from Rocksteady Studios. Bruce Wayne is locked inside Arkham City, a walled-off section of Gotham turned into a mega-prison run by Hugo Strange, while the Joker, Penguin and Two-Face fight for control of its streets.

The game expanded the tight Asylum formula into a semi-open world packed with side missions featuring Batman's greatest rogues gallery, and introduced Catwoman as a playable character. It is still considered one of the best superhero games ever made.
