How to Install

Important: Turn off Ubisoft Connect cloud sync for Far Cry 4 before copying files, and back up your current saves. Otherwise Ubisoft Connect may restore your old save the next time it syncs.

Download and extract the .zip file to your desktop.

In Ubisoft Connect, open Settings and turn off Enable cloud save synchronization.

Open your save folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\[UbisoftID]\856\

Backup the existing save files in that folder by copying them elsewhere.

Copy the downloaded save files into the folder, overwriting the existing ones.

Launch Far Cry 4 and choose Continue.

The [UbisoftID] folder is a long string tied to your Ubisoft account. Depending on your edition, the game folder inside it may be 420 or 971 instead of 856. Use the one that already has save files in it.

About Far Cry 4

Far Cry 4 is the 2014 open-world first-person shooter from Ubisoft Montreal. Ajay Ghale returns to his birthplace of Kyrat, a fictional Himalayan country, to scatter his mother's ashes and is drawn into a civil war between the rebel Golden Path and the self-proclaimed king Pagan Min.

Kyrat is packed with Outposts to capture, Bell Towers to climb, Fortresses to storm and dangerous wildlife to hunt or ride. Trips to the mythical Shangri-La add a different style of combat, and crafting with animal skins expands what Ajay can carry.
