Important: Back up your existing savegame folder first. Replacing the files overwrites your current campaign progress, and Steam Cloud may restore your old saves if it is left enabled while you copy the new ones in.

Download and extract the .zip file to your desktop.

Open your save folder: C:\Users\[Name]\Saved Games\MachineGames\Wolfenstein The Old Blood\base\savegame\

Backup the existing files in that folder by copying them elsewhere.

Copy the downloaded save files into the folder, overwriting the existing ones.

Launch Wolfenstein: The Old Blood and choose Load Game or Chapter Select.

About Wolfenstein: The Old Blood

Wolfenstein: The Old Blood is the 2015 standalone prequel to Wolfenstein: The New Order, developed by MachineGames and published by Bethesda Softworks. Set in 1946, it follows B.J. Blazkowicz on a mission into Castle Wolfenstein to find a dossier that reveals the location of General Deathshead's compound.

The campaign is split into two parts. The first is an escape from the castle and its warden Rudi Jäger, and the second takes B.J. to the town of Wulfburg, where archaeologist Helga von Schabbs is digging up something that should have stayed buried. Stealth and heavy gunfire both work, and perks reward each style of play.

Getting to 100% means finding every Gold item, Letter and hidden Nightmare bed, and finishing the perk challenges. This save gives you that finished state right away, ready for Über difficulty or Challenge mode.
