Important: Wasteland 3 ties some world-state flags to the difficulty settings a save was started with. If your own campaign uses different difficulty or Ironman settings than Supreme Jerk mode, the pause menu may show a mismatched label — this doesn't affect load compatibility or progress.

Close Steam and Wasteland 3 completely.

About Wasteland 3

Wasteland 3 is a squad-based, turn-based role-playing game developed by inXile Entertainment and released in August 2020, continuing the series that originated the post-apocalyptic RPG genre before Fallout. It sends a squad of Desert Rangers from Arizona to a frozen, fractured Colorado at the request of the self-proclaimed Patriarch, only for the player to get caught between his three scheming children.

The game builds on 2014's Wasteland 2 with a fully overhauled combat and cover system, a customizable armored vehicle (the Kodiak) used for overworld travel and as a mobile weapon platform, and two-player online co-op that lets each player control their own separate squad within the same shared game world.
