How to Install

Important: Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen uses a single save slot per Steam account. Back up your existing DDDA.sav before replacing it and disable Steam Cloud first, or Steam may restore your old save on the next launch.

1
Download and extract the .zip file to your desktop.
2
In Steam, right-click Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen → Properties → General and turn off Steam Cloud.
3
Open your save folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[SteamID]\367500\remote\
4
Backup your existing DDDA.sav by copying it elsewhere.
5
Copy the downloaded DDDA.sav into the remote folder, overwriting the existing one.
6
Launch the game and choose Continue to load the post-game Arisen with Bitterblack Isle cleared.

Because the save is tied to your Steam account, your main pawn will appear in the Rift under your own account once you go online. If the game reports the save as belonging to another user, launch it once with your own save, quit, then copy the file again.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen save file safe to use?
Yes. The game is single-player; online features only share pawns through the Rift and there is no anti-cheat tied to save files.
Where is the Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen save file located on PC?
Saves are located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[SteamID]\367500\remote\DDDA.sav
Is Bitterblack Isle completed?
Yes. Bitterblack Isle is fully cleared, including the Fallen City and the final encounter with Daimon.
Can I still start New Game+?
Yes. The save is in the post-game state, and you can begin New Game+ from the game's ending sequence with all gear and levels carried over.
Will this work with Dragon's Dogma 2?
No. Dragon's Dogma 2 is a separate game with its own save format. We have a separate Dragon's Dogma 2 save file page.
Why does the game only have one save slot?
Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen is designed around a single save slot per account. That's why backing up your own DDDA.sav before replacing it is important.
About Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen

Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen is an open-world action RPG developed and published by Capcom, combining the original 2012 Dragon's Dogma with the Dark Arisen expansion. Players create the Arisen, a hero whose heart is stolen by a dragon, and set out across the land of Gransys to reclaim it.

The game is best known for its Pawn system — AI companions created by other players and shared online through the Rift — and for its physical, climb-on-the-monster combat against griffins, cyclopes, chimeras and drakes. Vocations let players freely switch between fighter, mage, strider and hybrid classes.

Full completion means finishing the main story and Everfall post-game, conquering the brutal Bitterblack Isle, and completing every quest in Gransys. This save delivers that state instantly, with a max-level Arisen and pawn ready for New Game+.
