This save already satisfies that requirement. If you want to access Overture earlier on a New Game+ run, patch 0.9 allows unlocking it from Chapter 5 (Path of the Pilgrim) onwards.

Set in the final days of Krat's Belle Époque grandeur before the catastrophic Puppet Frenzy, the expansion follows P alongside the legendary Stalker Lea as they travel back in time to uncover the city's darkest secrets.
The DLC introduces 15–20 hours of new content, three major new locations — Carnival Gardens, an abandoned Krat Zoo and a frozen shipyard — populated with new enemy types including ergo-plagued kangaroos, zombie dogs and a colossal Giant Crocodile boss. Entirely new weapon categories make their debut: a Bow with glowing arrows, Claw weapons for aggressive close combat, and the Pale Knight Gun Blade — a greatsword that fires at distance and propels P forward for follow-up attacks. The Cataclysm double-barrel Legion Arm is also introduced as a new prosthetic option.
Director Jiwon Choi described Overture as the "developer's cut" of Lies of P — content and story threads the team always wanted to tell but couldn't fit into the original release. Launching alongside the DLC, a free patch for the base game added new difficulty settings, the Boss Rematch mode, and various quality-of-life improvements. Lies of P reached 3 million copies sold in the wake of Overture's release.
